1. What you save is what you get Every member holds their own ledger. A rotating pot is funded only from contributions that have actually been confirmed. One member's default never reduces another member's balance, and nothing in this service moves money from one member's balance to another's. 2. Fees A one-time registration fee of D 200 is payable on sign-up. All of it is retained by the platform. A monthly fee of D 100 is deducted from your balance every 30 days, counted from the day you registered. It is taken automatically and is never something you pay by hand. All of it is retained by the platform; no part of it is shared with the organiser of your susu. A vendor pays D 500 each time they create a susu. Members pay nothing towards it. 3. Referrals Where somebody registers through your referral link, D 100 is credited to your available balance once — at the moment that person pays their registration fee, and not before. Nothing is owed for a referral that does not pay. 4. Missed contributions Business products carry a scheduled contribution. A missed instalment attracts a penalty of 10% of the contribution amount — a share of the instalment you missed, never a share of your savings — deducted from your balance. A penalty is income for the susu's owner: the vendor for a vendor's susu, the platform for a platform susu. It is never added to the pot. Where you have already won a rotation and hold a buffer, a missed instalment is covered from the buffer instead and no penalty is charged. An Individual susu has no schedule, and therefore no penalties. 5. Collateral and buffers In a Business Rotating susu your first month's contributions are held as collateral until the susu ends. Nobody wins in the first month; that collateral is the security that makes the remaining months possible. It remains yours throughout, it is never paid to another member, and it is released into your withdrawable balance when the susu completes. When you win, a buffer equal to 3 months of your own contributions is held back from your own share. The buffer pays any instalments you subsequently miss. Whatever remains of it is released to you when the susu completes. 6. Shuffles From the second month of a rotating susu, winners are drawn at random from the members who have not yet won. Each draw records its random seed and the full list of eligible members, so that any draw can be independently reproduced and checked after the fact. No member is drawn twice. 7. Commission The creator of a Business Rotating susu sets a commission percentage when the susu is created. That percentage of a winner's gross share is taken at settlement and paid to the susu's owner. The figure is shown on your dashboard before any draw takes place, so that a winner knows the deduction in advance rather than afterwards. 8. Withdrawals Individual savings are locked until the end of the term you chose. Business Fixed balances open at the end of the cycle. Collateral and buffer are released when the rotating susu completes. Every withdrawal is a request. The susu's owner approves or rejects it, and then marks it paid. You may take the money by Wave, by bank transfer, or as cash collected in person, and you are notified at each step — requested, approved, rejected with the reason, and paid. 9. Documents A Business Rotating susu requires an identity document or passport and a business registration. Your documents are reviewed by the owner of your susu. You cannot be activated in a rotating susu until they are approved. No other product requires documents beyond this agreement. 10. Your data Uploaded documents are held privately and are served only to you and to the owner of your susu. Every change to a fee, a balance or a document is recorded in an audit log with the time it happened and who did it.
